Is It Possible For Mobile Field Service Technicians To Update The Planned End Date And Time Using The MP App? (Doc ID 2290265.1)

Technicians may be required to update the planned dates on tasks while using the MFS application.

The following business case explains why this may be needed.

A tech is assigned to a task, he/she calls the customer to confirm when the work will be done.
The customer may request the work be done another day or time..  If the technician is not available
they should be update the planned day/time, set the status to rejected and have it re-scheduled to another technician.
