WCB Is Not Reversed On The Payroll Register

On : 12.1.3 version, Canadian Payroll Reports

When processing checks in Canada, when a check is  reversed, the WCB is not reversed correctly on the Payroll Register report

All numbers to be reversed exactly as they were originally calculated

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Process a regular and lump sum payment
2. See the values correctly for these two checks on the Payroll Register
3. Reverse these two checks
4. Run the Payroll Register again
5. See the WCB employer liability is not showing as a negative value
6. See the WCB is still showing on the Payroll Register Totals report
