Bill To Level Dunning Shows Wrong Collector on the Dunning Letter (Doc ID 2290596.1)

Symptoms

When running dunning letters at the Bill to level, the Collector on the letter (signature) is the person who submitted the dunning process, not the collector assigned to the customer.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. Setup and submit dunning at the Bill to level.
  2. View the Collector listed on the letter to verify if it is the person who submitted the program, or the collector on the account.
