Related Customer Item Not Getting Populated In Create Account Relationship OAF Page (Doc ID 2290941.1)

Symptoms

Customer Name is Not Displayed on Create Customer Relationship Page

When Related Account field is selected in Create Account Relationship OAF page, Related Customer Name is not getting populated after upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.6.

This happens to both Person and Organization type.


Steps to replicate issue: Customers > query a customer > click Details at Accounts section > click on Relationships tab > click Create Account Relationships
When entering or selecting value for Related Account field, Related Customer Name does not populate.

Changes

 Upgraded from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.6
