BI Publisher, Designing Layout Template issues

In an XPT layout template with Line Chart output having whole number values, it is expected that placing the mouse over a data point will not generate any decimals.

But when placing the mouse over a data point the user gets 1 of 3 unexpected results:

A. A single digit number, like 8, displays with 3 decimals as 8.000
B. A double digit number, like 83, displays with 2 decimals as 83.00
C. a triple digit number, like 112, displays with 1 decimal as 112.0

1. If the number value is 4 digits, like 1025, it displays as 1,025 which is as expected with no decimals.

2. Clicking on any data point correctly generates the table with any value not having any decimals.
