Symptoms

 E-Business Suite R12 Applications Manager, Diagnostic Logging Interface issues

 

 

Users report they cannot view the 'Application Diagnostics' responsibility, even though the responsibility is assigned to their user_id.

After following the steps in the following documents users are still unable to access the responsibilities:
