Symptoms
In Payroll, the 'Create Accounting' process errors.
ERROR
-----------------------
There can be various errors such as:
95304 'The account code combination [XXXXXXX] for line [X] does not allow posting. Using the GL Accounts form, please enable the Allow Posting option for this account code combination or update the account derivation rule for the application accounting definition so that it does not use this account.'
95339 The account code combination [XXXXXXX] used on line [X] is a summary account. Summary accounts cannot be used for subledger journal entries. Please review the account derivation rule used to create the journal entry line.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up Costing values
2. Run Payroll
3. Run Costing
4. Run Transfer to SLA
5. Run Create Accounting in DRAFT mode and see error.
