MES - Error When Transacting WIP Issue: Push Component

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transactions
Customer has rolled out MES in their production environment. They were directed to apply patch 25969934 to address several MES issues. In performing regression testing, they received the following error when performing WIP Issue for a Push Component.

This issue can be replicated at will in every instance where the patch has been applied.
