Unable To Save A Coverage Template With Reaction Time In Days

When attempting to save the reaction time and resolution time as xx days, the following error occurs.

Please enter at least one Reaction Time or Resolution Time

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to service contracts manager -> setup - >service offering . Create a new coverage template
2. Enter the name, description, business process, coverage times and save the record
3. Capture the severity ( as any one) and enter the reaction time and resolution time as xx days.
4. Error message appears and template is not saved
