On release 12.1 and above, Customers Module, when attempting to update address of an account number the following error occurs.

You do not have permission to update third party data

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customers > Customers
2. Account number : find account > select site details
3. Update address and click on save
4. Error occurs
