E-Business Suite R12 Applications Technology Stack, Forms for Applications Technology issues

When launching forms after enabling Java Web Start, a white page is received with the following message:

"Oracle Corporation Oracle Forms Java Webstart Oracle Forms Applet"

The JWS frmservlet.jnlp file does not download either.

Enabled Java Web Start.
