Unable To Create Sales Order From Service Request Form As Item List Of Values Has No Values On The Charges Tab

On : 12.2.6 version, Setup Issues

Getting the following error while trying to select item on Charges tab of the Service Request form

ERROR

"No entries found for List of Values"

AFFECTED INSTANCE
----------------------------
This issue affects test instance Cloned from another development instance which has been provided to show Demonstration to client.

ISSUE SCOPE
-----------------
Issue is not specific to single service request .

WORKAROUND IF ANY
--------------------------------------
Workaround is not available since without an item selection it is not possible to create charge line and submit to order management.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create a Service Request
2. Navigate to Charges tab
3. Enter a Charge Line and in that process Try to choose item from item List Of Values (LOV)
