CWB Employee Statement Caching Issue following R12.1 HRMS RUP9 (Doc ID 2292174.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP9 version, Total Compensation Statement

Actual Behavior:
When opening Employee Statements in CWB for multiple different employees
     - The page appears to cache first employee's information, and only displays that information with subsequent employees' statements.

Expected Behavior:
We expect the employee statement to be properly displaying their own information, and not operating on cached information.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Following application of
2. Manager opens Employee Statements page
   > Navigate to HRMS Manager > Total Compensation > Total Compensation Wizard > Print Employee Statements
   > Navigate to open Employee #1
   > Note the data that is displayed.
3. Now back out and navigate to Employee #2's statement
   > view the data and verify if it is truly that person's data - or if it's the cached data from Employee#1
