When a release is autocreated from a requisition the price on release has not the same number of decimals as price on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Using a Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Purchase Orders-> Purchase Orders and create a BPA with one time item, price with three decimals, and set foreign currency
2.Using a Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Requisitions-> Requisitions and create a Requisition with two lines identically, with this one time item and set the foreign currency as above
3.Using a Purchasing responsibility, navigate to Autocreate form-> search this Requisition-> autocreate it manually to a BPA Release using the BPA created above by checking 'Group Shipments', can see the price on the BPA Release is set with two decimals and not with three decimals as BPA
