Eligibility Profile Not Working In Allocated Checklist (Doc ID 2292300.1)

When attempting to open an allocated checklist for terminated employees linked to eligibility profiles
the following error occurs.


oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-20001: The mandatory argument elig_obj_id value cannot be null

Cause: The mandatory argument elig_obj_id has either not been specified or has been explicitly set to null in the API ben_per_asg_elig.internal_eligible .

Action: Either specify a value for the elig_obj_id argument which is not null or contact your local support representative.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create New Task in the checklist and attach the new eligibility profile to it
2. Terminate Employee
3. Open Allocated checklist
