When accessing some documents from http://etrm.oracle.com with the Chrome web browser results in browser error:

http://etrm.oracle.com/pls/trm120/etrm_fndnav.show_file?n_file_id=126&c_mode=INLINE

Which tries to deliver:

"PARTY,LOCATION,CONTACT.pdf"

Note the commas in the file name.

When Chrome sees the commas, it expects multiple files leading to error above.

Requested file name has one or more comma.
