On : 12.2.6 version, Upgrade related issues
The following Error is generated when applying Patch: 21900901, bomprg.ldt and pqpzzcncprg00025.ldt are failing.
The error occurred while executing the following statement:
INSERT INTO FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from the data file /test0/48p/apptop/PREPROD/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pqp/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_gb/pqpzzcncprg00025.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/test0/48p/apptop/PREPROD/fs1/EBSapps/appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afcpprog.lct(120.7.12020000.7), /test0/48p/apptop/PREPROD/fs1/EBSapps/appl/pqp/12.0.0/patch/115
