Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.2 version, Usage Tracking

When attempting to launch the UPK client,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"You are already logged in as this user on this machine. From the Tools menu, choose Profiles to login as a different user."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to remote Citrix computer
2. Launch UPK 12.1.0.2 client
3. see the popup error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user cannot connect to library to see content.
