Goal

How do you create ATO configured items (star items) for lower level models in a Multi-Level Configuration model?
What setup is required?

For example, you have the Model "Parent Model B" defined with sub model "ATO Model A" defined as a component:

Parent Model B
    -Finished Good 1
    -Finished Good 2
    -ATO Model A
        - Option Class 1
           -Option a
           -Option b

You want an ATO Configured Item (star item) to get created not only for "Parent Model B" but also for "ATO Model A".
