Error 'You cannot delete transacted material requirements' Happens When Deleting the Material Requirements (Doc ID 2293088.1)

Question:

When trying to delete the material requirements of the discrete job, after performing WIP Issue transactions, we encountered the following error.

'You cannot delete transacted material requirements'

The error still persists even though we performed WIP Return transaction to cancel it.

How can we delete the material this requirements?
