Symptoms
User submits Create Autoadjustments and it completes with following error
ORA-01403 No Data Found
FRM-40735 PRE-COMMIT Trigger raised unhanded exception ORA-04062

According to solution in <Document 296700.1>, tried to recompile ARXSUBAA.pld and ARXSUBAA.fmb but it failed to compile plx file.
PDE-PLI018 Could not find library ARXSUBAA
