Unable to view the AP claims after applying patches - 12.2.5

After applying couple of patches to resolve issues related to 12.2.5 upgrade, we are unable to view the AP claims for AP settlement method. While trying to open an AP claims "oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.lang.NullPointerException" error message is displayed on the web page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Trade management user
2. Try to view AP claim
3. Error
