On : 12.1.3 version, Territory Definition

We are enhancing our service organization procedures and attempting to automate the assignment of Service Requests and Tasks to the field service personnel. We are using Territories setup to achieve a significant extent of this automation. In the process of designing the automation we are finding the need for custom matching attributes as qualifiers for setting up our service territories. We are discovering that the custom matching attribute feature of Territory Management is not available for the service area.

Is it possible to use Custom Matching Attributes (CMA's) with Service Territories?
