Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Tasks >
When removing an assignee (deleting the row for the current resource) on the Task from the Collections > Tasks > OA pages, we are receiving an error when clicking Save.
The actual update does occur, but the page for the user errors.
ERRORS

Deleting a Task Assignee (where the logged in resource is the Assignee) >
Error: User does not have permission to access this page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Collections responsibility > Tasks > Summary
2. Click on the Task Number to open the Task Details page
3. Click on the Assignments Tab > Remove' (delete) an Assignee and Save
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, even though the task assignee is updated, the user gets an error message that makes it appear that the task update has not occurred
