On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

Encounter the following error when attempting to add installation details to a new order or query installation details on an existing order for support items.

APP-ONT-251139: You can enter Installation Details for serviceable products only

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as order management responsibility
2. Open Sales Orders form
3. Add installation details on existing order line
