Symptoms

When attempting to run Element Register Report, the following error occurs.

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_ELEMENT_EXTRACT_PKG", line 1111
ORA-06512: at line 1



Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run payroll
2. Run the Element Register Report
3. Get the error
