Discrete Job Is Not Getting Scheduled After Upgrade. (Doc ID 2294387.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Work Order Definition

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When a new Job is created the completion date is not calculated based on the lead time..
because of that the completion date is always same as the Start Date

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the Completion date calculated based on the Assembly item lead time..

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Wip-->Discrete-->Discrete jobs
2. Enter the Assembly, Quantity and Start Date-->Save
3. Observe that the Completion date is calculated to be same as the start date..
4. The lead time is not taken to consideration
