Duplicate Records With Varying Status Displayed In CLM Requisition Inquiry

In Oracle iProcurement with Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) enabled, Release 12.2.6:

When a user acknowledges an approved requisition, duplicate requisitions (with same requisition number) with varying statuses are displayed in the CLM Requisition Inquiry page.
Due to this issue, users see duplicate requisitions with same requisition numbers with different approval status values displayed.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User performs 'Acknowledges MIPR Acceptance' for an Approved Requisition and save the changes.
2. User returns to Requisition Inquiry results page and finds duplicate requisition numbers with same requisition number, one with "Approved" status and other with "Approved, Acknowledged" status.
