Setup To Make Account Number As Not Required For ISupport Individual Users (Doc ID 2294698.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While creating Service Request using iSupport: Individual User found that Account Number is a required entry
However, per Oracle registration all Individual users are created only as parties and do not have account numbers associated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Account Number should be an optional field for creating SRs in iSupport

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iSupport as Individual User
2. Create SR with out Account Number
3. You will see a validation message to enter Account Number ( Mandatory )
