Last updated on FEBRUARY 27, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Self-Service Human Resources - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.2.6 version, Hire, CWK Placement, Appl Hire

When we enter an invalid national identifier with (HR: National Identifier Validation, 'Warning on Fail' ) profile while adding dependent using Personal Information no warning message is displayed in SSHR.
However when a caution message is seen on PUI forms.

It should behave as like PUI responsibilities with respective values.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login application with Employee Self service.
1a. set the profile HR: National Identifier Validation, 'Warning on Fail' at any level.
2. Navigate to Personal Information --> Dependents And Beneficiaries
3. click Add/update
4. Enter the required details along with National Identifier/Social Number.
5. It does not validate and display warning message.

Note: The profile HR: National Identifier Validation works on 'Error on Fail' but not 'Warning on Fail'
