Symptoms

12.1.2, after running the Replicate Seed Data program for a specific operating unit. The errors are being generated from the following API - as_sales_leads_pub.Create_Opportunity_For_Lead

Errors:
2140167674_20170807121857103 - You will not be able to create the Opportunity since your default operating unit has not been set or has been set to a value that is not valid. Please contact your System Administrator
3273630956_20170807122158837 - You will not be able to create the Opportunity since your default operating unit has not been set or has been set to a value that is not valid. Please contact your System Administrator
3563429067_20170807122225124 - You will not be able to create the Opportunity since your default operating unit has not been set or has been set to a value that is not valid. Please contact your System Administrator
