When using WebADI to upload unbalanced journal entries with layout Functional Actuals - Single or Encumbrance - Single, the UPL (Upload) column flag remains and does not get removed even though the unbalanced journal was uploaded successfully.
The appropriate warning message for the unbalanced journal is displayed.

Expect the Upload flag to be removed after successful upload to General Ledger (GL).

The issue may be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create the desired WebADI template.
2. Enter data, then select Upload from the Oracle menu.
3. On the Upload parameters pop-up page, enable/check the option to Upload Unbalanced Journals. Click Upload.
4. After upload completes, the appropriate unbalanced journal warning message is displayed, but the Upload flag is unchanged.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, duplication could occur as the journals with the unchanged Upload flag could get unintentionally uploaded again.

Standard functionality for 12.2.5 and later sets profile BNE: Enable OOXML Standard = Yes.
To preserve certain application functionalities and avoid other issues, many clients set this profile option to No.
