When Creating A Sales Lead From A Campaign The "Do Not Reassign" Is Checked Regardless of Profile Option Setting (Doc ID 2295010.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Sales Campaigns > Leads

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When creating a sales lead from a campaign, The "Do Not Reassign" flag is checked even though the profile options are set correctly as >

ASN: Default value for sales team Do Not Reassign flag = NO

ASN: Uncheck "Do Not Reassign" Check box for Lead Creator = Yes

OS: Default Value for Sales Team Keep Flag = No


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When the leads are created, The "Do Not Reassign" should be unchecked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a new Sales Campaign >

a. Navigate to: Sales User > Sales Dashboard >
b. Select Sales Campaigns (shortcut link right top corner) >
c. Click on 'Create new Sales Campaign' > select appropriate values for the sales campaign as per business needs (i.e. selections and conditions)

 

2. Generate the Target Accounts

a. Scroll down to the 'Target Accounts' section
b. Click on 'Generate Target Accounts' button
c. Wait while it generates the list (you can click on the 'Refresh List')

You will see the following message >
Confirmation
Target List submitted for Generation. Select Refresh List Status to refresh the List Status.

d. Once the list is complete, under the 'Statistics' section you will see how many leads it generated > For example: Target Accounts Size 170
e. You can click on the 'View Entries' button to view the list created

 

3. Activate the Sales Campaign > Click on 'Activate' button (next to 'Save' and 'Apply')

4. Check the newly created leads >

a.  Navigate to: Sales User > Sales Dashboard > Leads >

b. Select the View for 'My Open Leads (Sales Team) >

c. Open one of the new leads created > Click on the 'Sales Team' tab > notice that the person who created the campaign is added to the sales team with the 'Do Not Reassign' value checked and the 'Full Access' checked

Note:  The 'Do Not Reassign' value should NOT be checked based on the profile option settings
