On 12.1.3 version, Workflow Mailer
Cloud PO approval notifications and REQ's email notifications are not received and users have to login to applications to manually approve them.
The IMAP settings have been checked and confirmed that emails are being received from sysadmin.
Email notification responses are not processed.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate a workflow email notification.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot respond to workflow email notifications.
