Business Process Is Not Getting Defaulted Based On Request Type Selection

When the 'Service System Parameters' is set to 'No Security', then corresponding Business Process is getting defaulted based on the service request type selection in Agent Dashboard Create SR page.
But if the 'Service System Parameters' is set to 'Standard Security', then appropriate Business Process is not getting populated when selecting the Service Request Type.

How to make the corresponding Business Process gets defaulted based on the request type selection?
