Symptoms
Using Purchasing, Version 12.1.3
Actual:
PO Output For Communication is not running. Whenever submitting it - the screen hangs, never completes.
Expected:
PO Output for Communication should complete properly.
Errors:
None are noted during the submission.
Replication Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Reports/Run - Single Request - PO Output for Communication
2. Choose the parameters and submit (Blanket Release Number is given)
3. Find that the concurrent request is not engaging and appears to not be submitted.
The issue only occurs when a Blanket Release number is passed.
Changes
The 12.1.3 RPC 5 patch was applied.
