Symptoms

On 12.2.4 version, Data Privacy

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
The Security Wizard is disabled along with the action button: Create Grant.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the security wizard to be enabled.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User Management (Responsibility)>Roles & Roles Inheritance
2. Search for role Cash Management Superuser- KUDU
3. Click on 'Update'
4. The action button Security Wizards is disabled.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the Security Wizards or create a grant.
