Unable to find new credit card accounts created after loading credit card transactions.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run APXAMEXGLTRX: American Express Global Feed Transaction Loader and Validation Program
2. Internet Expenses Administration : New Accounts
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view and activate/assign the cards.
