Unable To Find Enrollment For Approval (AC Sales Quotation User) (Doc ID 2295911.1)

New enrollments are not displayed under Approval Setup/Organization Approval Preferences for the organization.

Steps To Reproduce
1. create enrollment
Navigate > CRM HTML Administration > Setup > Users > Setup > Enrollments > create New Enrollment > created XX Sales Quotation User the approval by= XX SALES QUOTATION APPROVAL which is a custom approval.
2. check new enrollments under approval setup for the organization.
Navigate > CRM HTML Administration > Setup > Users > Setup > Approval Setup > Organization > search criteria 'Organization Name' > click Go > click Organization name link notice new enrollment 'XX Sales Quotation User' does not show as expected.
