Proxy Approvers Cannot Approve Transactions. What Might be Wrong? (Doc ID 2296361.1)

Testing the setting up of a proxy for an approver account so the proxy can approve transactions on the behalf of the primary approver during testing.
However, when "switch user" to one of those approvers, the proxy is unable to view transactions that are in their work list waiting for approval.
When the approver goes to their work list, they can see the pending transaction.
