ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
GST tax rates are not getting defaulted in Return Material Authorization (RMA) transactions. Tax category and tax rates are defined in the sales order. But when RMA is taken against the same sales order the Tax category is defaulting but the tax rates are not defaulted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax rates also should be defaulted along with tax category for RMA transactions from original sales order

AFFECTED INSTANCE
----------------------------
This issue affects TEST instance.

ISSUE SCOPE
-----------------
Issue is not specific to single order.

AVAILABLE WORKAROUND
--------------------------------------
Workaround is To manually apply the taxes to the RMA order

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will but can be seen with the following steps:

1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. Go to Order Management Super User Responsibility
3. Navigate to MENUPATH > Orders, Returns
4. Create Sales order .See that tax details are defaulted
5. Create RMA from original order
6. Find that GST tax rates are not getting defaulted in RMA transactions
