Error when logging to MFS Wireless: "Sorry you cannot login because either default wireless responsibility profile is not set properly or you do not have a valid Field Service Wireless responsibility" (Doc ID 2296710.1)

Symptoms

When the newly created user tries to connect to Field Service Wireless after resetting password from APPS getting the following error


ERROR

"Error: Sorry you cannot login because either default wireless responsibility profile is not set properly or you do not have a valid Field Service Wireless responsibility. Please contact your System Administrator."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new user in Oracle with responsibility “Field Service Wireless” ,
2. Exit screen
3.Try to login using Apps and change password
4.Login to Field Service Wireless
