Scripting Applet Does Not Start From Contact Center

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The 'Start Scripting' dialog window opens automatically when the Contact Center form is opened.
When this is clicked, a forms flashes briefly on the screen and then nothing further happens.
The environment is configured to use SSL via an F5 load-balancer. The source environment was not using SSL and the Scripting functionality works correctly.
What changes needs to be done in-order open the Scripting Applet correctly?
