ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Freight Charges Calculation Issue

In 11i ,Total Retail + Log and Handling is used for Freight calculation.
in R12 , Total Retail amount is used for Freight calculation.

Attached both 11i & R12 screen shots.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect calculation to be the same.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In 11i ,Total Retail + Log and Handling is used for Freight calculation.
In R12 , Total Retail amount is used for Freight calculation.

Below is the business scenario for freight charges calculation for Brazil.

Freight Factor * (Total Selling price + ICMS charges).

ICMS charges is based on the ship-from state and ship-to state and this is
setup as a pricing formula in Oracle.

Freight factor is setup as a price break.

In R11, to consider the ICMS charges , have enabled the 'Net Amount
Calculation' Flag.
Found some issues with this setup in R12 and the freight charges were
calculating correctly after removing this setup in R12.

This is the reason there is different behavior between the freight modifiers
in R11 and R12.

How does the 'Net Amount Calculation' flag setup work in R12 and if there is
any difference in functionality between R11 and R12 with respect to this
flag?
