Symptoms
Project Billing credit memo errors in the Oracle Receivables (AR) Autoinvoice Import
This does not happen to the credit memos that credit newly created invoices that are created after the upgrade.
Reproduce By Steps
1. Use the Receivables forms responsibility
2. Navigate to Interfaces/AutoInvoice
-or-
1. Use the Receivables forms responsibility
2. Navigate to Other/Requests/Run
3. Select PRC: Submit Interface Streamline Processes
4. Choose Streamline Option X!: Interface Draft Invoice to AR
