Symptoms

On the Oracle Payments Setup screen, the tasks for "Service Level Codes" and "Bank Acknowledgement Codes" are missing.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Payables : Setup : Payment Administrator
2. Under the Payments Setup : Funds Disbursement Setup : Codes section, observe there are no entries for "Service Level Codes" and "Bank Acknowledgement Codes"
