Internal Order Not Seen In Order LOV In Mobile Manifest Picking Page (Doc ID 2297147.1)

When using manifest picking to do the pick load for an internal sales order task, the SO# doesn't show in the SO# LOV.  When Users enters the SO number by manually typing the SO# , the following message shows up

No result found

This issue seem to be happening only in one instance but the same is working in another instance  Most recently applied patch 21271803:R12.ITM.C

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Internal Sales Order #2210000424671 is created from ESO 964875931 with Star Item 529_OPT*980950. Job 54555 is completed.
2. Pick release the Order Order transaction status is Released to warehouse. Next step is Transact Moe Order
3 Login into Mobile to perform the Task
4 . Navigation to the Manifest Picking
5. Enter the ISO#2210000424671 in the Order LOV
6. Receive "No result found"
