Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version,
Some sales orders get credit check applied but do not create case folders in Credit Management, the following error occurs.

PLS-00302: component 'UNFORMAT_AMOUNT' must be declared
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an order in Order Management
2. A credit request is created but there is no case folder created
3. Further investigation shows the error, PLS-00302: component 'UNFORMAT_AMOUNT' must be declared

Due to this issue, users cannot create case folders.
