On : 12.1.3 version, Receipts Related

When attempting to run Automatic Remittance,the following error occurs.

ERROR

Authorization of the credit card failed. Failure in settlements

iby.plsql.IBY_FNDCPT_TRXN_PUB.Create_Settlements: Exception : ORA-01403: no data found
x_return_status  :<U>
x_msg_count      :<2>
x_msg #1 = <Request Pending


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run remittance process
2. Remittance fails during Create_Settlements
