On : 12.1.3 version, Payment Components

When attempting to make a bank account payment,
the following error occurs.

The payment process failed due to the errors listed below. Please contact your system administrator for further clarification.

ERROR IN CREATING PAYMENT INSTRUMENT

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iReceivables
2. Try to make a bank payment
3. Get the error.
